Charlene was excellent to work with. She met with my daughter several times and always was on top on every aspect of the wedding. Her recommendations for other vendors as hair stylist and make-up artist was exactly what we needed.
On the day of the wedding Charlene had the whole evening flowing perfectly and on time. We had to change our venue from an outside wedding to indoor due to rain and she was on top of everything. My husband and I just had the evening to enjoy the wedding and our guests. Thank you Charlene for helping make the day come off perfectly.

I have to say I don't know how I would have made it through my wedding day without the help of Charlene. When I first started planning the wedding, I was doing everything myself and was just going to ask a friend to help out the day of the wedding to make sure things went right. From the moment I contacted Charlene, I knew she would be perfect! I made all the initial planning with vendors, etc. All I really needed was help the day of to make sure things went as I had planned them. Charlene took everything a step further .. not only was she a coodinator for the day of the wedding, she met with me several times prior to the day to make sure everything was set and planned appropriately. She contacted everyone prior to the day, gave all the vnedors an itenerary of the day, came with me to the final meeting at the reception hall, she went above and beyond what I ever expected. Besides making me feel at ease before the big day, on the actual wedding day as any little thing came up, Charlene was right there to take care of it. My husband wasn't really involved in the planning but after the wedding stated that he was glad she was there. He really liked having Charlene there to tell us when we needed to cut the cake, when we needed to dance, and generally be there to guide us through the day. His quote exactly, "We would have been lost without her." The whole day was a dream come true because Charlene was right there to make sure things were fixed right away. I am forever thankful to her and her assistant Cheryl for rmaking our day, truly a day to remember!
Cathy's Dad: Being one of the unusual father's who actually took an active interest in the planning details I look back on the wedding day realizing each aspect of the event. As is true with all complicated events, some things will happen that the best laid plans cannot prevent, such as the rain and the limo driver who got lost. But I was amazed and pleased at how many small problems you identified and corrected before they became issues, such as the incomplete flower delivery. Most importantly, however, was your orchestration of the days events. Beginning with your assistance to my daughter at our home, you kept everything moving on time. At the church, the bagpiper was kept in place so he didn't overpower the strings, the groomsmen were timely ushered in, the bridesmaids were paced, and all went seamlessly. At the reception, you guided the bridal party entrance, "confronted" the banquet staff to hold them to my daughter's plan, and even helped to gather gifts at the end of the reception. You used your best efforts to insure the plan my daughter envisioned was implemented. When I now hear someone talk of their wedding plans, the first thing I ask is if they have a wedding coordinator. If they do not, I strongly suggest they give you a call. Thank you again for all that you and Cheryl did to make my daughter's day very special.

This wedding was on the Eastern Shore the day the truck fell off the bay bridge and had traffic tied up all day and into the night -- my most challenging wedding ever! As if that wasn't enough, it started raining right before the ceremony and it had to be moved inside.
