Charlene Libertini is the Sole Proprietor and Owner of Your Day Your Way! established in 2002 and located in Baltimore, Maryland.Charlene was always involved in organizing weddings for friends, family and her local church. When she found out she could become a professional Bridal Consultant, she was ecstatic and took the educational courses required to become a Certified Wedding Planner thru the American Academy of Wedding Professionals. Her passion is to relieve brides of the stress associated with planning a wedding and to take the bride's dreams and vision and make them reality. Her impeccable attention to detail and her organizational skills provide the bride with the peace of mind in knowing that every detail is taken care of it.

Cheryl Fiorini, Wedding Coordinator Cheryl grew up as a photographer’s daughter.She remembers helping her dad with weddings as far back as she can remember.Cheryl has been with Your Day Your Way! since 2004 and is a vital part of the team. Cheryl's specialty is in "day of" coordination. Cheryl is very organized and detail oriented, providing the brides with assurance that their vision will be carried out on their special day.
Cecilia Grammer, Bridal Assistant
Cecilia joined Your Day Your Way! in 2006 and is actuallyCheryl’s mother!As a former photographer’s wife, she assisted her husband with numerous photo shoots.Cecilia also served as a Bridal Church Coordinator at a very large church and is very experienced with coordinating weddings and assisting brides and their families. Perfection is her motto. Cecilia provides a wonderful service to our brides and brings a wealth of experience to our team.
Corinne Michocki, Bridal Assistant
Corrine joined Your Day Your Way! in 2006.Corinne has taken event and bridal consultant courses to broaden her knowledge of the wedding planning industry.Corinne has an endearing love for brides and their wedding day and is a welcomed addition to our team!
Sonya George, Bridal Assistant
Sonya joind our team in 1998. Sonya assisted a wedding planner while living in Africa. Sonya's speciality is in "day of" coordination. Her attention to detail, experience in the industry and organizational skills assure the bride a smooth day void of logistics.
Andrea Czawlytko, Bridal Assistant
Andrea joined our team in 2008. Andrea is a photographer and has photographed numerous weddings. She has seen an array of weddings and knows what it takes to pull together a great wedding. Andrea not only wants to practice photography but wants to help the bride by helping in the coordination process. Andrea is always one step ahead and takes the lead in getting whatever needs to be done accomplished. She is an amazing find and we are glad to have her as part of our team.
